“Durga Puja” (Celebration of Goddess Durga, the symbol of power and victory of good over evil) is the biggest festival of West Bengal. The students celebrated this joyous festival in their own unique way. The “Purba Putiary Friends Eleven Club”, a popular local club had invited our students to participate in their celebration of the festival. Five students from CSE accompanied by their parents and teachers went to attend the event. An eminent football player from Chennai Football Committee was also invited. After the inauguration, our students Bittu Sen and Bimal Debnath addressed the audience from the stage and wished them luck for the upcoming puja days. It was an eye opener for the people assembled at the club to witness our children talking to them from the podium. The programme was enjoyed and appreciated by all.
